3. Services Provided

Blueprint Mediaa provides services including but not limited to:

• Social Media Management & Advertising

• Creative Design & Content Production

• Influencer Marketing & Digital Campaigns

• Web Development & E-Commerce Solutions

All services are subject to agreement, proposal, or contract provided at the time of engagement.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete project information.

• Supplying all required content, materials, and approvals in a timely manner.

• Ensuring that the use of provided content (images, videos, logos, etc.) does not infringe on third-party rights.

Blueprint Mediaa shall not be held liable for any legal or copyright issues arising from client-provided materials.

5. Payments and Billing

• All payments must be made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or as agreed in the project proposal.

• Payments are due according to the terms mentioned in the invoice or contract.

• Delays in payment may result in paused or terminated services.

• Project initiation requires an advance deposit as agreed.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of business. Blueprint Mediaa ensures that all client data and project details remain secure and are not shared without prior consent.

7. Revisions & Project Delivery

Blueprint Mediaa offers revisions based on the agreed project scope. Additional revisions or requests outside the original agreement may incur extra charges. All final files, reports, and deliverables are shared after project completion and full payment clearance.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

• Refunds are only applicable if a project has not yet commenced.

• Once project work has started, payments made are non-refundable.

• In case of project cancellation by the client, charges will apply based on the work completed.

9. Limitation of Liability

Blueprint Mediaa shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific project.

10. Intellectual Property

All creative materials, designs, and campaigns developed by Blueprint Mediaa remain the intellectual property of the agency until full payment is received. Upon completion and payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Changes to Terms

Blueprint Mediaa reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised date. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any modifications.
